Apartamenty Europa

I felt comfortable and safe in the apartment, which was nicely equipped. The host was helpful when I arrived, though I'm still getting used to contactless check-in and check-out.

Good value, clean and pleasant, and in a nice location.

Comfy and clean.

What saved this from a one-star rating was the owner's response after a terrible day. They replied to my messages and sorted things out quickly and politely. The company still felt unprofessional, though, and I wouldn't recommend the place. An apology and saying they accept criticism aren't enough in a situation like this. I wasn't the only person treated this way that day. The apartment is spacious and well located, and would be a good fit for three people. But there were several neglected details: the bathroom lock was broken, the bedside lamp shades needed replacing, and the sofa was worn. It was also cold inside. We raised the issue, and the temperature was adjusted the following day. After booking, I was told to phone the property half an hour before check-in. When I did, nobody answered or replied to messages at the number they gave us. We only got into the apartment an hour and a half later, after contacting them through Booking.com.
