The staff made a real difference during our one-night stay. We told reception about an unfortunate situation, and they sorted it out quickly and kindly. They even gave us a gift when we left, and went well out of their way to help. The hotel is also in a very good location. Apart from that small issue, we had a very good experience with my partner 🥰❤️

Kinga at the hotel reception was especially helpful whenever we needed something. Her replies were timely and relevant, so we felt we were in good hands. We stayed yesterday at Copernicus Hotel Torun and enjoyed the room, meals, swimming pool, and the location close to Torun's old city. We enjoyed everything.

The breakfast was superb, and the service was very good. The rooms have a decent amount of space, though they feel a bit dated. It’s a very good hotel just outside the old town, and I’d definitely stay again.

The main drawback was the sauna. It’s very small, with nowhere to relax afterward, so you have to return to your room. The hotel should update the sauna description or invest in a modern sauna and spa area. Otherwise, it’s a great hotel, with a lovely view over the Weisel river and parking available. The indoor and outdoor pools are great too. Copernicus's old town is very close, about a 10-minute walk.

We had a lovely river view, and the kids enjoyed the good playground and pool. The breakfast buffet was nice, and the room service food and cocktails were delicious. It’s a nice, big hotel near Toruń old town.
