The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had pretty much everything you could need. Jerry met me before I went in, and the parking was in a secure garage. Getting there was easy too: the parking and entry instructions were clear, with pictures and in English. Great location and really good value. I can't think of anything that could've been better.

I loved the apartment. Great location and parking, with good service and equipment, and plenty more to like.

The cold was the one real problem. We arrived when it was freezing outside, and the room just wouldn't warm up: the radiators stayed cold even though the heaters were turned all the way up. The owner did provide a portable heater, which helped. With kids coming back from a full day of sightseeing at -15°C, you really want a warm place to come back to. Otherwise, the apartment was lovely, clean, and well looked after, with everything we needed. It's close to the city center, with lots of pubs and gingerbread shops nearby. Despite the heating issue, I recommend it.

The owners treated us honestly and decently, and I really appreciated that. I booked the Nordischer Apartment through Booking on a non-refundable rate, but my child got sick the day before we were due to leave. I asked if I could move the dates, and the host offered to list the apartment again. It sold that same day, and the owner refunded my money that day too, even though they weren't obliged to do so under the terms of my booking. I'll definitely use your offer again in the future. Best regards.
