We expected basic cleanliness, honesty, and a friendly exchange for the price. We got none of those. The man we spoke to on departure was very rude, brushed off my complaints, and gave blunt answers when we asked what we should expect for the money. I’d warn everyone not to waste theirs here. The apartment was incredibly dirty, with cobwebs and spiders everywhere. The bathroom smelled bad, and the sink only had cold water. The oven was the most disgusting we’d ever seen, which made me wonder what the cleaning fee was for. The sofa was so uncomfortable that backache seemed guaranteed. We could hear the neighbors day and night, and the promised parking spaces were disappointing too. There was no Wi-Fi. We called the owners, got the wrong password, and then heard nothing for several days. After trying repeatedly to reach the man who gave us the keys, the phone was simply disconnected. We called the owners again on departure day.
