There was no air conditioning, which might have been a problem in warmer weather, though it wasn't too hot during my stay. The apartment itself was good, with a comfortable bedroom and bathroom, useful kitchen basics, and a great location in Toruń. I couldn't find the HDMI cable for the TV, but everything else was fine.

The place was damp and dirty. The photos didn't give an accurate view of either the building or the inside of the house.

The windows look onto a pedestrian street that's busy in season and gets car traffic. There wasn't enough hot water from the boiler for two adults to take a bath, and the kettle needs replacing because its lid falls inside when the water boils. Read the booking terms carefully. We paid for the reservation through Booking.com, then asked for extra bedding for our child, which the description said was free. We were told it would cost PLN 100, more than half the total reservation price per night. The manager wouldn't provide the room access code without the extra payment, and we only got it after paying.

The spot is close to the center, which is good, but the rooms looked bigger in the photos. Inside, there was a horrible smell of urine and dampness, both in the stairwell and in our room. They acted as if we were the only ones who noticed it, which was unbelievable. It was filthy and disgusting. Booking.com immediately blocks you from leaving a review, so look closely at the photos before booking. I absolutely don't recommend it, and I want to warn others.
