Motel Petro

Thanks so much for letting us cancel for free right before check-in. Something happened that was out of our hands. Once we’ve sorted it out, we’ll definitely stay at your hotel, and only your hotel! You’re the best.

The price was cheap, and the beds were okay for one night. The rooms are small, with sloping ceilings, and the air feels stuffy and still even with the windows open. There’s no air conditioning, and the room smelled like an old house. The pillows were bad.

The main road is right there, so truck noise can be annoying, but it worked well as a place to rest during a trip. We arrived at 5 am and got a room for 30€. Service was good, the rooms were clean and nice, and each had a shower, sink and toilet. There was hot water, plus shower gel, shampoo and soap. The one unpleasant thing was a strange smell on the bedsheet.

They found us a room very late, which I appreciated, but the stay went downhill after that. Once breakfast was over, the water stopped throughout the building. We had a small child who needed water, and when I asked an employee, she answered my partner so nonchalantly that it felt like none of this was anyone’s priority. If you need to shower in the morning, you might want to stay somewhere else.
