Really good place, the staff were so nice and the food was delicious. I recommend it!

I stopped in for coffee and dessert, but the waitress was really inattentive. We had to keep asking for her to come over, and she seemed annoyed whenever anyone needed something. I ordered a cappuccino and ice cream with hot raspberry sauce. The cappuccino looked awful, as the attached picture shows, and although the ice cream tasted good, it looked bad too. Maybe the waitress was having a bad day, but the service was horrible.

The restaurant is top notch Italian, and the hotel itself is clean and very nice. We were treated with great hospitality.

The owner was very rude to the staff. Our room was full of dust and cobwebs, so I reported it at reception. The person there said cleaning staff would come, but nobody ever did. This was our second stay at a Koloseum hotel, and the rooms were dirty both times. Definitely not recommended, 0/10. You'd be better off at another hotel.

The dining room looked nice, but the food was pseudo-Italian and drowned in olive oil. Tea was the only thing I enjoyed. The staff were unfriendly, and there was no toilet paper. Avoid.
