Apartamenty Tychy Barona

The place itself was a letdown once we arrived. It looked different from the listing photos, felt very worn, and seemed well past its best. The shower drain didn’t work properly, the sofa wasn’t the one shown and was uncomfortable, the chairs were wobbly, and the furnishings were old and tired. I had no issue with the owner’s communication before booking. The payment situation was especially troubling. During our stay, a woman showed up without any prior arrangement and demanded cash. My 16-year-old daughter was alone in the apartment and was expected to handle the bill. Later I got an invoice marked "Paid 920.01" with "Remaining 0.00," but the owner still demanded that same amount. After the stay, contact was handled in a way that left my family and me feeling threatened. I got repeated calls from different numbers at around 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. My wife, who wasn’t part of the contract, was contacted too. I received messages suggesting a visit to my address, along with photos of me. Negative reviews also appeared on my company’s Google listing, which I believe were posted because of this dispute. A calm conversation and clarification would have been enough. Instead, I had to deal with ongoing contact attempts rather than simply finish the stay. Given how the whole relationship went, I can’t recommend the place or the owner’s treatment of guests afterward.
