We were disappointed by the complete lack of hot water in the bathroom. When we asked the front desk for help, Eugeniusz was unhelpful and off-putting. He brusquely said the only option was to boil water in a kettle, which didn’t feel like an adequate answer to our problem. Based on that experience, I strongly advise against staying here if you want to save your time and money.

The hotel itself was very good, with large, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and nice surroundings. The restaurant was okay too, with beautiful plates, but the food could have used more flavor or spices. It was good overall, though there are better restaurants nearby. I also tried the pool and thought it was so-so. The water looked too dirty, and I saw some black stuff in the pool corners that hadn’t been cleaned. I couldn’t tell whether it was mold or dirt from the garden. :/

I especially loved the waterfall around ApartHotel, and the building’s architecture is amazing. The place has a positive, nature-filled vibe. Thanks for the great hospitality during my company’s offsite. The location and everything about the stay were just perfect for me. ☺️🥰🥰

We had a lovely family Christmas at ApartHotel Termy Uniejów and can strongly recommend it. The staff were unpretentious, attentive, and always helpful. There’s beautiful nature nearby, along with Uniejów Baths (Termy Uniejów). The food was good, and the rooms were comfortable.
