There’s bowling, pool, a spa and an evening bar here. The room was perfect, with a great balcony and view. My only complaint was that the two double beds had been pushed together.

Breakfast was excellent, and the catering staff were professional. The mountains and walking paths are nearby, and I loved the warm pool and powerful sauna. There are several things to do inside the hotel too. Internet was slow, though, and smoke from neighbors burning plastic in their chimneys caused an unpleasant smell that reached almost into the rooms. Thanks for the stay.

The surroundings are beautiful and good for hiking, though the hotel is quite far from the village of Zakopane. The hotel feels very dated, maybe from the 70s. There was a strong Slavic perfume smell in my room that really bothered me and wouldn’t go away even with the window open. The receptionist didn’t understand my complaint and just asked me to open the window. Sadly, the hotel was full, so I couldn’t change rooms.

Kamil, the barman, made a great atmosphere with local stories and tips about good places nearby. He was a wonderful guide to local experiences. The kids had nice entertainment too, and the staff were very polite. It was a great hotel experience.
