There’s plenty to do nearby, from visiting the market square, thermal baths, and church (Minor Basilica in Uniejów) to walking around town or fishing on the Warta River. A large garden behind the house is ideal for sitting outside and having a barbecue. We highly recommend it!

The rooms are warm and comfortable, with a private bathroom, kettle, and refrigerator, and there's a shared kitchen too. We found plenty nearby: the Warta River boulevards, thermal baths, vineyards, and an interesting nature trail through the forest. The host really makes an effort to help guests feel at home. I highly recommend the place and its owners.

We found it a lovely place to unwind as a family. The garden and children's playground were a hit, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There were four adults, my mum and aunts, plus our two-year-old son. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were big and comfortable. My son and I slept well in the single room. There's a fully equipped kitchenette as well as a shared kitchen. We'd happily recommend it. Warm greetings from Radomsko-Ustroń and Scotland! 😊

The view is lovely, with the Warta River and a new vineyard, cascading fountain, and zipline on one side, and the market square fountains on the other. The guesthouse is right in central Uniejów, close to the city's attractions. The hosts are kind, helpful, and accommodating, and there's a discount for the thermal spas and a wonderful restaurant nearby. The rooms have comfortable beds, a fridge, and a small cabinet with a kettle and dishes. In the single room, though, the wardrobe is tiny and there's no coat rack. The living room has books, a good reading lamp, a comfortable sofa, and a TV. The external stairs to the kitchen and garden are narrow and challenging, so they're only suitable for able-bodied guests. The decorative mirror and picture frames were quite dusty, but otherwise the place was very clean. The bedding is new and lovely, and there's a cozy blanket. I recommend it.
