Station Aparthotel

The check-in staff were really kind and helpful, and the location is handy: two minutes from the Krakow Glowny platforms and about a 10-minute stroll to the town square. It was also a good base for exploring this wonderful city. The room had very high ceilings, but with the temperature at -10° on Monday night, the radiator was only lukewarm and it felt cool. The mattress could use replacing, and the bathroom could use an extraction fan. The shower had good pressure, though the cubicle was small. There wasn't much in the room beyond sockets, a wardrobe, bed, table, and chairs. Coffee was available at reception.

The staff were helpful and spoke good English, and the area was okay. It's a little out of town, but right by the station and taxi rank, so getting around was easy. Old Town is a 10-minute walk away. The rooms were okay, typical hostel style and pretty bare. They were clean enough, though there was some dust. No TV, plugs coming away from the walls, and the fan didn't work.

We needed somewhere close to the train station while passing through, and the location worked perfectly, just a 4-5 minute walk away. The rooms are worn, but clean and nice, and the staff were very service minded. It was relatively quiet despite being near the station, and the price was good. We agreed it was a good roll of the dice overall.

The location is fantastic, right next to the train station and a massive mall. This is a basic hotel, and I mean basic, but it is clean. Some rooms share a bathroom, which may bother some people, though you get what you pay for. The attached pub is cheap and cheerful, and the food is good value.
