The staff were nice, and the room and bathroom were clean. That’s about all I can say in its favour. We won’t return because the “pool” area was in awful shape, especially for what we paid, since better spa and wellness options cost much less. It was filthy, with rotting, mold, and mildew on the pool wall, rust throughout, and dirty grates around the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi had no lighting and kept switching off. There was no information about the water temperature, and I couldn’t tell who checked water quality. The pool itself was cold. A disgusting fingernail was floating in the jacuzzi, and I felt sick the whole time. I had to press the shower control in the locker room to try to get the jacuzzi working, but couldn’t turn the water on. The handle didn’t work, there was no toilet, and anyone could walk into the changing room at any moment because it had no lock. The pool’s massage nozzle didn’t work properly either, so the redhead wasn’t pouring water. What a shame, but I won’t be back.

We went in September and had a great time. The earlier reviews may have come from people who are always looking for faults or acting maliciously. We ordered breakfast and it was served quickly, with enough for you to eat your fill. At least none went to waste. You can’t take it outside, which is why people complain. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and fully equipped, the location was excellent, and the staff were always smiling and ready to help. We’re satisfied retirees and would love to come again, if there are vacancies. Thank you!
