Our family enjoyed the stay, and I’d call it a solid four-star hotel. The pool area and location are standouts, as are the grounds generally. Most of the staff were pleasant and keen to help. Breakfast was decent, though made-to-order eggs would have been nice. There’s room for improvement before I’d give it five stars: the rooms felt a bit dated, the bedding fell short of my expectations, the coffee was mediocre, and the AC temperature control wasn’t very accurate. The lifts were busy and slow, too. Thanks to all the staff.

The food was top notch, and the wellness facilities were great, with saunas, a swimming pool, and hot tubs. There are lovely nature walks nearby, or you can drive half an hour to the town of Ústroň. We stayed for 2 nights, and I was very, very satisfied. Nothing to complain about.

We’ve just returned from a summer holiday with the family, and this may be the most amazing hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The standard room was spacious and clean, with a king size bed and comfortable mattress, a couch, TV, fast internet, balcony, and bathroom with a shower. The staff were always in a good mood and very kind to us. Meals were delicious, with a wide choice of dishes and side dishes, vegetables, fruit, desserts, bread, ham, cheeses, kids' dish, and non-alcoholic drinks. Breakfast was plentiful too. One suggestion: please have dish names and descriptions in English as well as Polish at breakfast and dinner. The wellness area was excellent, especially the large pool, divided into a swimmers' section and a non-swimmers' section, and the jacuzzi. There are saunas too, though I didn’t use them. The hotel also runs activities for kids, including competitions, workshops, and cinema. The location works well for trips to the Beskydy mountains for skiing, biking, or hiking, including Czantoria, Sczyrk, and Rownica, and for sightseeing in Těšín, Bielsko Biala, and Zywiec.

The rooms were clean and pleasant, and I enjoyed breakfast each morning. The staff were friendly and professional, too. It’s in a great spot, better situated than the other hotels around. I’d stay again.

We had three lovely days here. The beds were comfortable, the food was great, and breakfast was excellent. The pool was clean, and we enjoyed the sauna and steam room. Service was great as well.
