I stayed with my family and was very happy. The apartment was wonderful, clean, spacious, and had a sea view.

The sound of the waves in the morning and during the day is hard to describe, and the location is close to everything. We've stayed here twice and would gladly return. The place is well worth recommending, and that view 🌊 makes up for a lot. There are a few things I hope they'll sort out for future guests. Someone, perhaps a cleaner, often entered our door code and woke us up. For the second year in a row, the shower tray was cracked, and the walls needed repainting, with the patches clearly visible. There weren't enough dishwasher tablets, either. The lovely view would be even better through clean windows. The sunbeds and beach screen also need replacing because the mold is already very noticeable, and it would be a shame to leave them on the beach.

Our stay at Apartament Perłowy in Nadmorski Luksus in Ustroniu Morskim was fantastic. The women who helped us were smiling, very friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. The interior is spacious, modern, and fully equipped, with a high standard of finish. It felt clean and cosy, and the large terrace and sauna added to the comfort. There is room for a family or a group of friends. The location is hard to beat, right by the beach. We loved looking straight out at the sea and listening to the waves throughout our stay.

The good points are the location, the lovely view, underground parking, comfortable mattresses, a second TV in the bedroom, summer air conditioning, and the welcome sweets. The place is attractive and has a lot of potential. Thank you for your hospitality. The low rating comes mainly from the manager's service. She was rude, unreliable, and difficult to deal with. I can give examples by phone if needed, but I don't think she should be in customer service. The sauna was one of our main reasons for choosing the place, and it caused a lot of frustration. The temperature sensor is on the ceiling above the heater, and the controller's maximum is set to 90 degrees. That setup can hardly be read as anything other than an effort to save electricity. The temperature above the user's head only reached 45 degrees. That isn't a sauna, an electric heater could just as well have been installed. There were other issues we might have overlooked without those two main problems: the toilet brush was dirty, and I'll spare you the details; the sauna bucket was full of algae and seemed not to have been washed for a very long time. The bathroom had only two small plastic hooks, and one fell off after the first towel was hung. The number and quality of hooks weren't enough for six people. One large towel per person for the sauna isn't enough either, we needed one for the sauna and another for the shower. There was also a broken plug in the bedside lamp, a burnt-out bulb over the table, and a coffee machine that didn't work.
