For three of us, the winter stay meant a tiny, cold room, and there was a strong kitchen smell throughout the hotel. Getting to the restaurant meant going outside and down very slippery stairs. The food was okay, though not especially regional or traditional. If we'd known what to expect, we probably wouldn't have picked this place. For the quality, it felt very expensive and not worth returning to. Maybe it's better in summer.

There was tobacco smell in the corridor despite the no-smoking signs, and the rooms and bedding smelled musty, especially one bathroom. Both bathrooms also had a lot of black mould. Our bedroom windows looked out onto a shared terrace where restaurant guests ate. The room doors scraped the floor and were hard to open, while the keys were the kind used for garden gates. Getting even half our deposit back took a lot of discussion and some pointed references to the rules for commercial accommodation.
