The food at "Ostoja Spokoju" was some of the best I've had. I've traveled to plenty of places around the world, but only a few have really satisfied me. The portions were proper, everything was fresh, and the staff were kind, welcoming, and helpful. I had the best "Schabowy" of my life, sorry mum, and the bean soup/cteam was exceptional too. I'm glad this place is here, since I couldn't find anywhere similar around Solina lake. Thank you guys.

The views and houses are beautiful, and the rooms are okay, but the food and service need to be much better. The ground beef for Hryczanyki (Kasia Gryczana) smelled bad. Breakfast didn't even have jam, honey, or vegetarian milk, and one person alone handling breakfast service just isn't enough.

The views are lovely, the food was good, and you can rent canoos for 35pln/h. This is also one of the places where the HBO series Wataha was partly filmed. My only complaint is that outside the main tourist season, you can be turned away from the restaurant if you haven't booked well in advance. It also closes at 19h, which is why I'm giving fewer stars.

The view over the lake is amazing, so lunch here is a great idea. The tavern serves unusual takes on traditional Polish food, including green pierogis filled with local herbs and buckwheat. They offer accommodation too, though I haven't had the pleasure of staying there yet.

A lovely, peaceful place, with comfortable rooms and amazing views. Sound carries through the walls easily, though, so try for a room without neighbors or make sure you're a good sleeper.
