We come back every year for our girls’ trip, and Marek and the staff are always so kind and welcoming. They make us feel like family and put effort into making each visit special. The wellness treatments are great too, especially the massages and facials. It’s a small, private-feeling place, with lots of cute old-fashioned design touches that make the hotel feel distinctive. The food is amazing, and we always choose all inclusive. It’s worth the money.

After four yearly visits, we’re still coming back. The food gets tastier, the staff even friendlier, and the quality keeps going up. Thanks to everyone at Nad Wodospadem for making each stay memorable. See you next year! Back in 2018, my friend and I came for a weekend SPA getaway, and I loved it enough to recommend it and say I’d return to Karkonosze. The residence has only nine rooms, so it feels calm and uncrowded. We liked having the all inclusive meals, with breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The rooms were comfortable and had what we needed, including towels, robes, a fridge, minibar, TV, and hair dryer. There are terraces, a billiard table, and books in the shared spaces. The staff were welcoming, smiley, and remembered guests by name, even asking about our hikes when we got back. I enjoyed the facial treatments, full body massage, jacuzzi, and saunas. The pool could be bigger, but it was alright. There are lots of hiking trails nearby, and a very talented bartender made us delicious cocktails. Loved the place!

The crew are really friendly, and Nad Wodospadem is a great place to unwind. The saunas feel wonderfully cozy, and the food is so good it’s a whole flavor party. Perfect for relaxing and eating well.

We had one of our most relaxing weekends here. It’s so quiet, with beautiful nature all around, and there are only a few rooms, so you’ll probably see other guests at breakfast. Food was amazing, the wine selection goes well with it, and the minibar prices are reasonable. It was too cold for us to try the tennis, minigolf, or vespa rental. One small downside, not all the staff understand English. Thanks for the service! 5*
