There was so much for the kids to do that the hours flew by, and the forest and lakes nearby made the surroundings peaceful. The food was nice and well priced. The hotel itself was okay, though some plug sockets pulled out very easily, and the bathroom mirror hooks came loose and nearly broke. That wasn't great with our two-year-old exploring the room. Still, it was a great family trip, especially for kids, and we'd highly recommend it. We'd go back for Xmas.

It was extremely cold in the room after they turned off the heating for a night, and there was no hot water. When my friend and I asked for extra blankets, they could only find one. The hotel was also very noisy at night. The shower door fell off when I closed it, luckily without landing on my foot. The towels were terribly old, gray, and full of holes. I don't recommend this hotel at all.

The hotel needs serious updating. I'd like to see a proper swimming pool, ceiling fans in the rooms instead of those weird ceiling lights, a bigger menu, and a pastry chef on call.

It was cold inside, and the place needs updating. Doors stuck, paint was peeling, and it wasn't photo worthy. The food wasn't as good as at home. The staff did make an effort to be hospitable.

When our bus caused us trouble in the middle of the night, this hotel offered us a place to stay. The rooms were okay and breakfast was really delicious. Thank you!
