Air Hotel

Vladislava was the best. I booked at the last minute for my mom, and the transfer was easy to arrange through the link they sent right after booking. Both rides were quick and comfortable, and included in the price. Her room and shower were cozy and clean. Thank you very much. I'll recommend the hotel and choose it again if I need to.

The local staff also spoke Ukrainian, which was such a pleasure. We had a brilliant three-day stay, and the service was exceptionally kind.

Vladislava made my stay exceptionally pleasant by arranging everything quickly, clearly, and with real attention to detail. I've worked in tourism for many years, and I didn't expect this level of professionalism at this category of hotel. She is a real professional, and employees like her make the hotel shine. Many thanks to Air Hotel and the reception, especially Vladislava, for the outstanding service. Bravo!

The check-in experience left me frustrated and upset, and changed how I felt about the stay. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, well located, and the facilities matched the description. I appreciated the accommodation, but the front desk interaction was uncomfortable and, frankly, disrespectful. The receptionist first spoke to me in Russian, assuming I understood or had a connection to the language. I don't. I politely said I didn't speak Russian and asked to continue in English. Her manner immediately turned cold; she stopped smiling and silently handed back my ID instead of explaining things like breakfast and the transfer, then moved on to the next guest. I felt as if I wasn't welcome or worth her attention. I had to insist that she finish checking me in properly, let me pay for breakfast, and help register me for the transfer I had planned. I've never been treated this way in a hotel just for asking to be addressed in a common international language like English. It's a shame, because the hotel deserves better representation at reception. I hope management addresses this and makes service more respectful and inclusive for guests of every background and language.
