The location was good, and communication with the owner was good too, but the problems with this place left us with a negative impression. The listing said we'd rent an apartment, yet when we arrived we had to share it with other people. That wouldn't have bothered us if the ad had said so. Food sat on the gas stove from the first day through the last, and the apartment stank of it. The bathroom was in terrible shape: the shower wouldn't close fully, water ran out of the tray, the cabinet under the sink was rotting, and the floor was dirty. Our room looked fine at first, but there were lots of issues up close. The bedspread and sheets had stains that looked like blood. The single bed beside the double was also in bad shape, and its pillow and sheet were completely dirty. A TV was listed, but it had no antenna and couldn't get any channels. The armchair was soaked in something. The doors had scraps of decorative paper on them for privacy, and every door creaked, making it impossible to do anything quietly and disturbing the night's peace. I don't recommend this misleading offer.

The room we'd booked was occupied when we arrived, and we still haven't got our money back. Since it was already 11 PM, we agreed to take a room in a completely different part of Warsaw. The owner wanted to charge a high price for a dirty, stinking room in an apartment that was falling apart. The surroundings were pathetic. After a night in that mess, we were sure we'd leave with scabies or some other contagious illness. STAY AWAY!

I rented this place for 4 nights and lost more than 700 PLN. I canceled through the Booking website, but they didn't refund the money and charged a 100% cancellation penalty. The apartments are terrible, and the owners don't respond. Don't get taken in by this accommodation. It's better to pay extra for somewhere with normal living conditions and owners who respond.

The location was good, and room number two was spacious. But the listing made it sound like a whole apartment, when in fact we shared it with tenants in the next room and even had to share the entrance key. On weekdays, construction started at 7:00 AM, with loud work and workers shouting. We couldn't get a decent night's sleep. The owners also left us to handle things ourselves: they didn't answer messages or take responsibility when a homeless woman somehow got into the apartment and barricaded herself inside. They didn't apologize or offer help. We had to call the police and deal with it ourselves, and saw a dramatic scene as officers used force to remove her.
