This left me in a really uncomfortable position. I had booked for a week because of my son's hospital treatment, so I checked twice and was assured both times that the room was reserved. On arrival day, I texted to say I'd get there around 9 PM and asked about collecting the keys. They replied that 9 PM was fine and sent the contact details of the person who would hand them over. But when I arrived and called that number, I was told there was no booking and every room was taken. The owner blamed an assistant's mistake. I might have understood that if I hadn't already been reassured twice, then given the key contact that same day. This shouldn't have happened.

It's an especially convenient place if you're visiting CZD. There's a restaurant and café downstairs, and the owner is around and always ready to help. The apartments themselves are modern, clean, and well looked after.

Getting checked in was easy, even late at night, and the staff were very friendly. The modern apartment had everything needed and then some. It's right by the children's hospital and health center, in a lovely neighborhood with a café, a restaurant, and a delicious burger place nearby. Highly recommend it.

The café and restaurant beside the building are a real plus, and we'll definitely come back to them. My husband and I were happy with the apartment: it was new and clean, with all the kitchen utensils we needed. Coffee and tea were there too.
