The apartment is modern, well equipped and well kept, with a kitchenette, a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. Its layout felt comfortable for either a short visit or a longer stay. The neighborhood was quiet even though the apartment is central, and the staff were helpful and responsive. At Graniczna 4 in Warsaw, the location is a big plus, close to the metro, public transport and sights like the Old Town and the Palace of Culture. Parking is limited, but if you’re using public transit or exploring on foot, it’s an excellent base for seeing Warsaw.

Parking was the only issue. Even though the lot is for residents, the parking attendant wanted to make money from it despite being paid for the service. He wasn’t sitting there as a penalty.

I paid, then found out I couldn’t access the apartment at the agreed time. After I spent a long time trying to reach the owner, she told me she’d rented it to someone else. She didn’t even apologize. I only got my money back because Booking.com stepped in. I absolutely don’t recommend renting this apartment.
