I liked the apartment itself, it was modern and looked nice, but the service and upkeep were disappointing. Dust was all over, one bed in the three-room apartment had no bedding, and the intercom didn’t work. The shower head barely produced a few cold drops. There was no ironing board, and for six people we got just one thin roll of toilet paper. What bothered me most was having no cloth at all to dry hands or wipe the counter by the sink. The service was poor, and I was given a poor rating too.
