Apple Inn

We had a great stay in a cosy room that had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and did their best to help, especially the older lady, who deserves a lot of credit. We arrived on bicycles and they provided good storage for them during our visit. The location is right in the city center, with the main attractions easy to reach on foot. Breakfast at the cafe downstairs was tasty and high quality. I’d recommend it to everyone. For the price, I don’t think you’ll find a better option in downtown Warsaw.

The rooms are modern, set inside an old building with a lift to the upper floors. We were on a main pedestrian street, an easy walk from the train station and Warsaw’s points of interest. Check-in and departure were straightforward, and there’s a shared kitchen with the essentials if you want to eat in.

Our room was spacious and nicely remodeled, so we had modern comforts in an older building. We were on the 3rd floor and didn’t hear any noise at all. There’s also a cute shared space for making coffee or tea and spending some quiet time. The location is great, with no cars and public transport close by. I really enjoyed the breakfast served at the restaurant next door. Someone can let you in after hours, though I think they just live in the building, since the reception on the 4th floor isn’t staffed all the time. Very cool place.

The room was pleasant, clean, and well kept, with soft beds and a nicely equipped bathroom. There was juice and water, plus a kettle for tea or coffee. Depending on which room you get, it should be nice. From outside, you might think you’ll never find the place. Go under the arch, find the door, ring, and the person in charge will come out to welcome you. He showed me around the building, which felt homey, like a good place to land after a long trip. Then he took me to my room, explained how things worked, and left me to settle in. A pleasant surprise, especially given how few stars the place has. :)
