It’s a building from the 1960s, right in the city center beside the Intercontinental Hotel. The place is currently half-rented and makes a good base for white-collar workers in nearby office buildings. Golden Terraces is 300m away, Śródmieście train station is 400m away, and the metro is a six-minute walk. Highly recommended.
