The apartment was comfortable and clean, and Piotr was quick to respond and very helpful. I had a great stay and highly recommend it.

Everything was so well kept and manicured, and the service was exceptional. I'd give it more than five stars if I could!

The apartment was spotless and pleasant, with a big comfortable bed, a fridge, and the appliances needed for cooking. We also appreciated the bottle of water left on the counter. Check-in and communication with the owner were easy, and the apartment is on the second floor. Its location is great, just a stone's throw from the presidential palace and Nowy Świat Street, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The street has a lovely atmosphere, though outside noise carries in at night. One night during our stay, a scooter or motorbike went by and the sound really resonated. That's outside the owner's control.

The only issue was the floor. The listing said the apartment was on the second floor, but we had to climb to the third. We had heavy suitcases, so if you're in the same situation, you may want to pick somewhere else. Otherwise, everything was fine.
