The room was clean and free breakfast was included, but I gave it three stars because of the room I got. There's no shampoo, and the bed wasn't comfortable. The toilet had only handwash, with no shampoo or soap. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for a stay of a few days.

Being close to the center is handy, but the rooms sit right above a restaurant, so there was loud music, people, and unpleasant smells. The service didn't feel up to three-star standard, and it wasn't comfortable for a weekend break. I wouldn't book here again if I'm back in Warszawa.

It felt more like staying in an old office block than a three-star hotel. The rooms were in terrible shape, with damage in several places and mold in the shower. Reviews had given us a good impression, which made the letdown even worse. Even many youth hostels in Germany are better. A real shame.

The bathroom was clean, the bed was comfortable, reception was good, and I didn't notice bad smells or shabby towels. I'd been alarmed by the recent Google reviews after seeing decent ones on Booking, but my stay was actually good. The one rough spot was the laminate floor in my room. It had clearly suffered water damage and looked pretty bad, though I know floors aren't easy to replace.

The canteen had tasty Polish food at a fair price. It's a nice central spot, and the rooms were spacious with their own bathrooms.
