Check-in was a huge problem, and they required a 1000 PLN security deposit. The apartment hadn’t been cleaned well, the towels smelled, and the beds were really uncomfortable. I also found one cockroach on the bathroom floor and another in the shower. Avoid!

Don’t stay here if you want to avoid trouble. There was no soap or shower gel, not even tea, and the toilet was clogged. The room was cold, and my child caught a cold after one night. The Ukrainian manager was the exception at first, but came into the apartment without saying anything, blamed me for supposedly breaking the pump after one night, and threatened to charge me for it. Then the manager started beating me. A man, a woman! I paid them and they beat me. There was no access to the bathroom, assaults, police, and hospitalization. Monika, the owner, will probably hang up on you before check-in, but that seems to be standard for this company. Avoid!!!

It’s on a side street, away from the city bustle, and there’s a nearby convenience store. Banach Hospital and the airport are close, too. The room and bathroom are fairly spacious, with a kitchenette, washing machine, and iron. The bed was comfortable, and the extra fold-out sofa bed was good to sleep on. Getting the key was easy with the modern handover system. Just read the entry instructions, there’s even a video showing how to get in. I recommend it.

The room has the things you need, including a bed, shower, wardrobe, fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, dishes, and even coffee and tea. The hostel is on a quiet street. It gets quite hot during the day, though, since there’s no air conditioning and the windows face south.
