The standard was decent, the place was clean, and the service generally friendly. Meals and coffee break snacks were delicious. But the conference room and dining hall couldn't comfortably fit 70 participants, and the bathrooms had almost nowhere to hang or put things. In our double room there was just one bath towel and one small hand towel, as if two people were expected to share the same bath towel. Meal timing was awkward too: lunch was listed for 2 p.m., but the dining hall stayed closed until then, with nothing available at 1:59. Since there weren't enough seats for everyone, letting some people in a little earlier could have given them time to eat and freed up places for others. It's decent, but don't expect luxury.

Food was a bright spot, with delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner and something for everyone. The comfort was another story: an unpleasant smell was present in the room, hallways, and training room. The rooms weren't very clean, and the heaters worked only in the hallways, not in the rooms. I wouldn't recommend it.

The building is in poor shape, with cracked walls throughout and lots of water damage marks. In the bathroom, the ventilation let cigarette smoke through, the toilet seat was cracked, the soap dispenser didn't work, and the wastebasket was broken. Parking was poorly organized, the elevator was exceptionally slow, and breakfast was subpar. The accommodation price was out of proportion to these conditions.

Business meetings work well here, with a well-equipped workshop room and delicious food. You don't often find food this good in places like this. The location is the drawback: it's out of the way and difficult to find.
