The parking meter in the underground garage was the one good thing. Everything else was a mess. We waited two hours for check-in, which was meant to be at 4 p.m. but didn't happen until 6. After we called the number on the booking to say we couldn't get in, the manager hung up and stopped answering. They couldn't give us a clear entrance, even after we sent it several times to check. First they said the keys were in a box, then after all that waiting they messaged us through Booking to find the cleaner and get the keys from her. The place was dirty, with brown marks on the walls, a filthy sofa, and a broken bed. We had to clean it ourselves before staying. When we complained on Booking, the manager turned around and accused us of leaving it dirty. The property managers' attitude was awful. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

There's a private parking spot, and shops like Biedronka, Żabka, and Costa Coffee are downstairs. Wilanów Palace is close enough to walk to, and the apartment is about 7 km from the city center, so it worked well as a base for seeing Warsaw. We stayed as a family of four in a spacious, attractive place with a well-stocked kitchen, nice bathroom, TV with lots of channels, and a huge balcony looking toward other buildings and the Temple of Divine Providence. The only thing I missed was furniture out on the balcony. Otherwise, 10 stars, I'd recommend it.
