The location worked well for us. It's about 30 minutes to the city centre by bus, and getting back at night took around 20 minutes. Street parking was busy, but we found a spot beside the house, and free parking is a big plus. It was bearable for one night, though I wouldn't stay longer. The basement had a lot of spiders, and the outside looked untidy. Finding the room was fairly easy, but the directions could be clearer because the basement entrance is odd. Inside, it didn't match the much nicer photos. The place needs a deep clean, the sheets looked very old, and both the sofa and double bed felt as if they might break whenever we turned over. The listing calls it a separate bedroom, but there's no door or barrier between it and the living room. The walls are so thin you can hear the neighbours, and a dog barking in the middle of the night didn't help. The apartment was okay as a place to lie down for one night, which was all we needed, but it was disappointing.

We had a smooth stay at Saska Kępa Apartmenty. The neighbourhood was quiet and pleasant, and the location was convenient. The apartment itself was clean, well kept, and had everything we needed, including reliable Wi-Fi. Check-in was easy with the clear instructions, even without a reception desk. Before arriving, I was worried about our train tickets being delivered to the hotel. Staff replied promptly to my messages, gave me the courier's contact number, and helped make sure it was all arranged. We found the key without trouble. Thanks to the team for making things stress-free.

They confirmed the booking and took my money, then sent a message just two hours before check-in saying they couldn't accommodate me. There was no explanation, and they never refunded me. Terrible, unreliable hotel.

The location is the standout feature, with PGE National Stadium nearby and plenty of public transport options. The hotel itself is very good, and the rooms, or apartments, are comfortable.
