I'd rate it 9/10 if that were an option. It was good value, I slept comfortably, and I'd stay again. The location made it easy to get to the places I wanted to see, with excellent public transport stops right by the apartments. Entry was straightforward: both the building and apartment codes worked, and my room key was waiting in the lock. The room was spacious, with a decent Warsaw view, and the bed was comfortable. Although it's close to busy roads and nightlife, I didn't hear it at night. There's a full kitchen, which I didn't use, plus two shared bathrooms, one with just a toilet and one with a toilet and shower. A couple of small things could use a freshen-up. The shower could have been cleaner, especially the head, which looked like it needed replacing. My sheet had a stain and didn't seem particularly clean, and the duvet cover didn't smell fresh. These didn't bother me much, but I know others might mind more. New sheets and a shower head wouldn't cost much, and then it'd be hard to fault.

We booked five nights, but after seeing the room's condition we left the next day. The owner wouldn't agree to changing our dates. The bed was small and uncomfortable, with old linen, and the towels were worn out too. There were no blackout coverings, so daylight woke us at 6 a.m. We moved to another hotel with a better price and a private bathroom inside the old town.

The central location was the only good part of our stay. We arrived a little late because of bus problems, but the booking details said the room would be unlocked with the key inside. We still couldn't get in. The door seemed locked or stuck, and the service phone was switched off when we tried calling. We ended up spending the entire night we'd reserved walking around town, unable to enter or reach anyone. The next day, they unlocked the room and blamed us for not getting in. They didn't explain or show how that could have happened, and refused to refund us. One of the worst experiences I've had.

Not a good stay. The flat is split into five rooms on the 10th level, with a small kitchen that has no windows. There's one toilet and a bathroom with another toilet. The walls are hollow, so it could easily get noisy if people are loud. Bring earplugs.

Bad service, dirty rooms and bathrooms, and an uncomfortable temperature. I wouldn't stay here. If even a small issue comes up, nobody takes responsibility.
