We were two parents with our two grown-up kids, and the place was good value. The Lidl around the corner helped us keep costs down. Our room was a reasonable size, and the big east-facing balcony was great for breakfast and relaxing in the evening. Buses, trams, and walking made it easy to get around Warsaw. The owner communicated well, and the entry system was sensible and clearly explained. The coffee machine was good, and cleaning was up to standard. A few small maintenance things were scruffy, like missing or faulty bulbs and a hinge that didn't work, but none of it was serious or annoying. We'd stay again.

The cancellation email arrived at 2 pm while I was on my way to the airport, even though Justyna knew my itinerary. My booking was canceled through Booking because they said my card hadn't been approved. Justyna had my number and contact details for two days and could have reached me. I messaged her that day for directions and got no reply. Then, apparently, there was no room left. I'm on my way to Warsaw now with nowhere to stay tonight. Scam and rude.

The gate was shut and there was no parking. Nobody answered the phone after 23:00.
