Months have passed since I cancelled in time for a full refund, and my money still hasn't come back. They won't answer my emails. This has been the worst experience of my life. Don't book here. Booking.com has been no help either. Scammers!

The hostel was pleasant and well looked after, with everything in its place. Getting to the city centre by public transport is easy, and the WKD station is about 300 m away. The downside is the nearby airport, with the usual flight path passing right over the property.

The hotel has bed bugs, and the bites are really severe. The employees don't respond.

It's an okay place, out on the edge of Warsaw.

A nice place to stay away from the city, with family or friends.
