The owner was very helpful, and the flat matched its description from booking. It's in an absolutely great location.

Some renovation had been done, but the building still shows its age.

The apartment is lovely and clean, with all the essentials: fridge, stove, microwave, capsule coffee maker, kettle, TV, Wi-Fi, and an incredibly comfortable mattress. The location is excellent, and communication with the owner and guest care were fantastic. Contactless check-in and check-out are available, with very detailed instructions provided. I'd recommend it for a short visit or a longer stay.
