I booked two nights but checked out the next day and left without a refund, even though I gave notice right away. At that point, I just wanted to get out. The sheets were horribly cheap and thin, and the pillow still smelled of previous visitors. The bathroom wasn’t fully clean, with residue on the toilet brush, and the kitchen hood had greasy fingerprints all over it. The towels didn’t seem hygienically washed. I developed a skin disease, which was diagnosed as scabbis after I got home. I slept on a towel on the bed. It’s upsetting to sell this as exclusive biz suits when the hygiene doesn’t meet the standard of an average hotel. Worst stay ever.

A comfortable, very nice apartment, close to Warsaw airport with good stores nearby. I missed having standard chairs and hooks for towels and clothes. The door axes could use lubrication.

I never got to stay. The rental company scammed me: the person I contacted about my reservation said I’d paid for a smaller apartment than the one I booked on booking.com. They promised a refund that same day, but almost a month later, I still haven’t received it.

The room was okay, but the light didn’t work and the TV remote was slow and glitchy. The view was awful, though that was my fault for picking it. I should’ve paid more attention to the price and the other reviews. The person handling check-in was rushed and unfriendly. Worst stay in Warsaw. Don’t go unless you want a terrible stay.
