There’s plenty of room, but the layout hasn’t been thought through very well. The only electrical outlets are down at floor level, so the kettle has to sit on the floor. The shower and toilet share a tiny 1.5 square metre room, and the plumbing doesn’t seem well maintained.
We booked the apartment through our company for an employee, but at the last minute he couldn’t travel. We weren’t able to change the booking. When we got there at around 10:00 PM, we called the manager. She was a Russian-speaking woman named Oksana. We explained that the reservation was for someone else and that we had confirmation, but Oksana wouldn’t let us in to rest after the trip. We ended up outside late at night, looking for somewhere else to stay. Luckily, we found a place. I’ve never come across such an inflexible approach to service before, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
