Hampton by Hilton Warsaw City Centre Hotel

The breakfast was a real highlight, with plenty of choice, efficient service, and lots of seats. Reception also honored my room preference, which seems to have been noted from my email request before arrival. Getting the invoice was easy. The room temperature was the main frustration. The A/C is centralized, and neither the staff nor I could find a way to adjust it. Housekeeping never cleaned my room, even after I took down the DND sign when I left. The pillows were excellent, but the mattress quality was mediocre.

The staff were so kind, and I appreciated the free water dispenser outside the rooms. The room was modern and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. I’d probably have liked a beauty and slipper kit in the room, though if you ask, they’ll probably provide one. Hilton is always a guarantee! Position top!!!

The hotel is right in the center of Warsaw, with train links to the rest of Poland and local airports nearby, plus buses and trams that get you around the city. There’s a big shopping center handy for food or shopping. The rooms were new and very clean, breakfast had a huge range of food, and it was very good value.

There was a good breakfast selection each day, with something for everyone, and check-in was easy. They also had luggage storage. The room was clean, newly refurbished, and the mini fridge came in handy. The location was perfect, with lots of transport options and a convenience store downstairs. For a good hotel, the pillows were really poor. The breakfast coffee wasn’t great either, and I would’ve liked to cool the room down a bit more. Still, it was a great stay and I’d recommend it.
