Hampton by Hilton Warsaw Mokotow

I needed an adapter to power my laptop and finish work, and Natalie saved my day. She also helped me get a glass of wine with my complimentary voucher, a nice touch from the Front Desk agent. Breakfast was great, with lots of options, and I liked the “detox” drink. Check-in with Artur was quick and smooth, and I really appreciated the early check-in. My room was clean and nice, and I loved the pillows so much I didn’t want to get out of bed. It was a quick but great stay. If I need to stay near the airport for easy access to the terminals again, this property will be my choice. I’ll be happy to come back.

After checking out of room 512 at Hampton by Hilton Warsaw Mokotow, I realized I’d left my blanket behind. I’ve tried several times to reach the hotel by phone and email, but nobody has responded. I only asked them to look for my personal item and arrange shipping at my own expense, yet I was completely ignored. It’s frustrating and very unprofessional for a Hilton-branded hotel not to answer guests’ calls or emails. I expected better service and communication. I hope management takes this seriously and improves how it handles guest requests after checkout. A very disappointing experience.

It was too noisy outside after 1 a.m., and I could hear it from my room on the fourth floor. I had to get up around 3:40 a.m. for the airport, so it made for a poor stay. I won’t come back. I may as well stay in the center and take a taxi shortly before I need to leave. I had to wait 13 minutes for one anyway, and an airport shuttle would’ve been a plus.

Breakfast was amazing, with an enormous choice of food, and the coffee was amazing too. The hotel was very clean, the staff friendly and polite, and it’s close to the airport. The price is absolutely reasonable.
