The staff were proactive when our room’s air conditioning wouldn’t turn on, or seemed to have a fault. While we were eating at the hotel restaurant, someone from reception went up and fixed it. The check-in had been smooth, and reception were polite and helpful throughout. Our standard room was a good size and clean, with firm, comfortable beds. The hotel is quiet and clean, and the staff provide efficient service. It’s under 2 km from the airport and close to a major shopping center. The restaurant menu is limited, but adequate, and breakfast had a good range to meet most guests’ needs.

Breakfast had a good range of fresh choices and was well organized. I also found the room clean, comfortable, and equipped with what I needed, with a bed that was easy to relax in after a long day. My stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Warsaw was pleasant and hassle-free, and I’d recommend it.

The hotel is generally good, but breakfast service left me with two concerns. The boiled eggs were extremely cold, like they’d just come from the fridge. Staff said they were kept refrigerated, which made me wonder whether some had been prepared several days earlier. Breakfast ends at 10:00 AM, and I understand the buffet being cleared promptly then. But switching off the coffee machine right at 10:00 while guests are still sitting there feels impolite. Some of us like to have a coffee to take away after eating.

I only stayed briefly, but it was a very pleasant visit. The hotel is modern and well equipped, and the staff were professional and service minded. I spent a couple of hours at the bar with Olena, who was so friendly and focused on giving customers a good experience that I stayed longer than I’d planned. She really made the difference. I hope her managers appreciate her as much as I did. Thanks, Olena!

The service was great and the beds were incredibly comfortable, so I came away impressed. Breakfast was fine, though I felt it could use a few more choices. Maybe that’s not a Polish thing. Highly recommend.
