The location worked really well, with trams, buses, and the metro right in front of the hotel, plus a small shopping center with restaurants and supermarkets. I also liked the view of Warsaw at night from the bar on the 21st floor. Check-in was quick, and I got a free upgrade. My 10th-floor room looked toward the city skyscrapers, which I love. It was spotless, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and so did the internet and TV. Even though I stayed only two nights, the room was cleaned. Breakfast had plenty of variety and nothing seemed to be missing. Everything from check-in to check-out was superb. The staff were great, and I’d happily stay at this Holiday Inn Express again.

Easy to reach from Warsaw Centralna Station, and the breakfast was great too. The hotel is clean, nicely styled and decorated, with a good place to relax and hang out. The nightly price was reasonable. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Getting around Warsaw was easy from this location, with public transport close by. The rooms felt modern, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Check-in went smoothly, and I had a pleasant, hassle-free stay. I’d gladly return.

A wedding guest mistakenly thought his room was mine, and Security came to my rescue. Thank you to everyone, especially the security team. It’s a lovely hotel, and I really enjoyed my stay.

My room was uncomfortably cold. The air conditioning kept blowing cold air, and there was no way to switch it to heating or control the heat in the room. I tried calling reception several times, but nobody answered. I understand the system may be centralized, but guests need to be told that or given a quick solution, especially on cold nights. I left disappointed.
