Hotel Indigo Warsaw - Nowy Swiat by IHG

Anna at the front desk made a great first impression when I checked in. I stayed three nights, and she kept checking whether we were comfortable or needed anything. She was warm and professional, and I really appreciated her help. The hotel is close to the historic area's main street, the train station, restaurants, and attractions. The design has lots of playful details, from the lobby through the rooms. I had breakfast and dinner there: breakfast was beautifully presented and high quality, while dinner was just as good as local restaurants, if not better, at very reasonable prices. Eating well without leaving the hotel was a highlight. One of my favorite Indigo stays in the IHG group, and I highly recommend it.

Nowy Świat is a great base for exploring Warsaw on foot, with attractions, restaurants, and cultural spots close by. The hotel itself has a calm, refined feel, and its design blends modern style with touches of local history. The rooms were spacious, thoughtfully laid out, and very clean, with details and amenities that made it easy to relax after a day out. Staff were courteous, attentive, and quick to help while remaining unobtrusive. It’s a comfortable, well-rounded stay, and I’d gladly return.

The noise made the stay really unpleasant. People gather in the spot outside the hotel and at the clubs behind it, with loud music going on until the early morning. The hotel was reasonably clean, and its central location puts many sights within reach, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Breakfast was incredible, especially the Eggs Benedict, which were the best I’ve ever had. We also used a meeting room during our wonderful three-day stay, and the catered three-course lunch was delicious and beautifully presented. Izabel and her team deserve special thanks for warm, professional, genuinely caring service that made everything feel effortless. The hotel’s stylish design and thoughtful details create a welcoming atmosphere, and everyone we met was friendly and helpful. It exceeded our expectations, and we’ll definitely return.
