We checked in on the first night and went straight to bed, so we didn’t notice anything unusual. When we came back the second night, the room had dozens of insects and was extremely unhygienic and upsetting. The receptionist was hostile and dismissive when we asked to change rooms, even saying, “This is not the Hilton.” Eventually he showed us another room. It looked clean at first, especially the visible walls, so we accepted it. But within 15 minutes insects came out of the ventilation, and I found them in the bedding when I lifted the blanket. I suspect the room seemed clear at first because the lights were off, and the insects may have been stirred by the ventilation or drawn to the light once we were inside. Soon the second room was just as infested, so we had to leave the hotel. Reception flatly refused our refund request. Do not stay here. The receptionist was really aggressive.

The nice receptionist helped us check in much earlier when we arrived, and the bed linen was clean and the room tidy. It’s a pretty good hotel for the money, as long as you don’t expect anything amazing. The location isn’t very convenient, and it’s a long way to the center, but there’s a bus stop and small supermarket nearby.

The bed was very comfortable and warm, even in summer. There’s a shop close by and the nearest bus stop is about five minutes away. You can use a kettle, and there are three cups, though no spoon. It’s a good place for a night, but staying longer could be a problem since you can hear the neighbors.

The rooms are very large and fairly comfortable, with a big bathroom. But the hotel is too far from the center of Warsaw, and there’s absolutely nothing in the area. The staff also don’t speak a word of English. That’s really sad in 2019.

I was really happy with my stay. The place was clean, stylish, and quiet, with very helpful staff. The price wasn’t outrageous either.
