Hotel Sante

The Bistro’s local food was excellent, and in the evening it turns into a cozy bar. The spa was outstanding too. I only made it there on my last day, but the saunas, steam rooms, and pools were incredible, and I left feeling completely recharged. I spent 5 wonderful days at Hotel Sante. I picked it because it was near my work event, and it exceeded what I expected. The hotel is modern and impeccably clean, with spacious, comfortable rooms. The staff were outstanding, responsive, professional, and fluent in English. When travel problems forced me to cancel my first night at the last minute, it wasn’t an issue at all. I’ll definitely return next time I’m in Warsaw.

The spa was out of service, and I only found out after booking. There was no parking despite the listing saying there was. Breakfast was meant to come to my room because the restaurant was closed, but it arrived over an hour late and in the end I got nothing. Staff spoke very little English, so even basic communication was difficult. A very disappointing stay. I wouldn't recommend it.

The hotel was nice and clean, but its location felt pretty far out. I might have rated it higher if the pool and spa access had actually worked for families. They advertise themselves as family friendly with free access, yet family members have to be over 16 to use those facilities. That restriction should be made clear before booking.

If you're coming by car, I'd avoid this place. They don't have enough spaces for guests, and the nearby parking areas are reserved for employees, with no other parking close by. Apart from that, it's a good hotel.
