The stay was enjoyable, with an easy check-in and a very helpful gentleman at the counter. The restaurant and bar staff were polite, and the food was quite delicious. The rooms are suitable for two people. It's a two-star hotel, but you get a clean room with shampoo and gel, a shower, towels, tea-making facilities, and water. There are also football and pool games to play. For the price and quality, it offers more than many other two-star places.

The room was practical and clean, and the price was good. The location is a mixed bag since it's well outside the main centre, though public transport connections are good and a couple of malls are within walking distance. Five stars for the air conditioning, which kept the room cool while running almost silently.

We'd booked several days at this hotel and are Ibis customers, but when we arrived they said our reservation had been cancelled. Then a ridiculous person told us there was another hotel 3 kilometers away.

The rooms are clean and well kept, though fairly small, as is typical for Ibis. Wi-Fi was very fast and reliable. One thing they could improve is adding outlets or charging points by the bed. There weren't dedicated parking spaces available because the hotel was full and I arrived late. The staff were still very helpful, even coming outside to help me find nearby parking. Reception was friendly and welcoming. The restaurant served until 10:00 PM, with friendly service and a good range of food and drinks. Breakfast was average. Polish breakfasts are usually rich and varied, but here it was mostly scrambled eggs and standard dishes. Overall, a clean, good hotel with helpful staff and solid amenities.
