Apartament Promenada - Studio

I’d avoid booking here. I’d paid for a room in advance, then got an email just a few hours before check-in demanding a 500 zloty deposit. I canceled and lost around 200 zloty. To me, this feels like a scam.

I had to find an apartment for one night at short notice. After I paid, an automated message asked for a security deposit and pointed to detailed website terms. I wasn’t familiar with that kind of arrangement here, so I asked to cancel. The manager or landlord suggested I simply couldn’t afford the deposit. Businesses here are insured, in my view, so someone earning money from rentals should have insurance instead of asking for a deposit like it’s the Wild West. The current average rating of 1.4 seems accurate to me. Whoever manages this place has so little empathy they shouldn’t even be trusted with pigs. Deep and seaweed.

What a disaster. This place isn’t worth the price, and I’d call them thieves. I can’t give half a star, but if I could, it’d be zero. I don’t recommend it.

I paid and still haven’t got my money back. They ask for a deposit by phone, then request personal details over the phone to confirm GDPR compliance. I’m having trouble with the owner on the phone. Scammers and thieves, I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
