I never imagined I’d be lucky enough to live in a city as beautiful as Warsaw, Poland. Our time at Hosapartments Atelier Residence was awesome. The service was outstanding, and the apartments were luxurious, clean, and very well kept. A huge thumbs up for Warsaw, Poland!

We left after just one night. This was one of my worst hotel experiences, and the place is completely misrepresented. It’s not a four star facility. The neighborhood felt sketchy, with sirens and breaking glass at night. There was no air conditioning, and the bed was queen size, not king. We measured it. The furniture was all the cheapest Ikea stuff. The platform bed slats shifted and the bed collapsed, like the Ikea bed we used to own. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. There was damage on the walls and dust on the nightstand. Customer "service" was the worst I’ve encountered in the service industry. They made no effort to address our problems and didn’t even refund the parking fee. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The building was easy to get around, and the lifts served every floor. During our stay, everything was clean, well maintained, and looked after.
