Hotel Mokotów

We spent one night here and had a pleasant stay. Breakfast was well laid out, with a good choice and enough to start the day well. Picking up our key from the locker at check-in was straightforward. The bedroom was tidy and in good condition, with the essentials, and the bathroom and shower were clean. The room felt stuffy and too warm. Opening the window for a few hours helped, though air conditioning would make a future stay more comfortable.

There's a bus stop right outside, and bus 118 goes straight to the old town and city centre. A restaurant is in the lobby, with a supermarket, pharmacy, other shops and restaurants close by. The rooms are good value and have what you need: towels, coffee, tea, water, mugs, glasses, spoons, a mini fridge and kettle. Friendly staff clean and restock them regularly.

I found the staff friendly and professional, and they communicated clearly in English. The hotel restaurant served decent food at reasonable prices, and room service was practical and delivered what we needed without fuss. It's well connected to the city center by metro, with plenty of shops nearby. The room was simple, modern and well kept. A comfortable stay for the money.

A cozy atmosphere, a good breakfast and really nice staff. It's a small hotel near the airport, but the neighborhood is quiet and pleasant.
