We were really happy with our stay and would gladly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Warsaw. It’s in one of the best locations, right on the Old Town Square, with bars, restaurants, and shops just outside. The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well maintained, just as it looked in the pictures. Laura, our lovely hostess, showed us around and explained how everything worked. We paid the remaining balance by card on arrival without any trouble. Booking and communication were smooth and professional from beginning to end. We got a welcome email with useful information, and WhatsApp worked perfectly for staying in touch.

The staff were highly unprofessional. They charged our card in a way that wasn’t allowed by the reservation terms, then tried to say it was fine. When I called to get the mistake corrected, the man argued with me and hung up. Buyer beware.

Alex was the absolute best, replying to every text in less than a millisecond. The apartment was beautiful, with a stunning view, and the photos on the website don’t do it justice. The bed and shower were both exquisite. It was such a treat to stay here, and we WILL be back!

The apartment was spotless, beautifully put together, and one of the nicest places we stayed on the trip. It felt luxurious without losing its warmth, and the location was right in the middle of everything while still quiet enough to sleep with the windows open. Alex made the stay easy from the start, keeping in touch after booking and meeting us at the corner when we arrived. He helped with the bags, showed us around the apartment and its appliances and lighting, and shared useful local suggestions. Leaving was just as smooth: he came a little early to help with our luggage and make sure our Uber was on time. We left feeling more like friends than guests, and we're already thinking about coming back to Warsaw and MONDRIAN Luxury Suites.

We only had a short overnight stop in Warsaw, but the location worked really well. There’s no elevator, so hauling the bags was a pain, though that’s clearly stated on the booking sites. We’d happily return for a longer stay.
